1. Storage of semi-finished products
After pickling, semi-finished casings (i.e. sausages) can be stored in large tanks or cement tanks if they are not temporarily processed into finished products or used for processing sausages or enemas.
2. Finished product storage can be tailored to local conditions and stored in cold storage, basements, caves, cellars, and warehouses.
